Anyway the new iPhone Firmware has a very huge bug which allows you to get access to a PIN locked device.

I would have never believed that Apple has these kind of buggy problems. Probably they need a security engineer š … and probably they know it.

this did not work
I have an older iphone and tried it on mine and it also brought me back to the passcode page. If this ever was a bug, Apple has certainly fixed it and released the fix in an update.

it only works on older iphones
I just tried this on my iPhone 3g and it didn't work, when I double clicked the home button, it just brought me back to the passcode page or if I did it right away, at the top it was translating emergency call into different languages.
